Biography:

As the sole owner of the Malaise Law Firm, and former managing partner of Malaise and Davis, L.L.P., I closely manage the Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, and Workers' Compensation departments in all offices. I structured my firm to devote our services entirely to helping PEOPLE and not corporations. I am also a frequent guest on television talk shows that discuss bankruptcy issues.
