Creditors waiting for funds from GLC Limited have until May 30 to file proofs of claims to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Cincinnatti. This includes priority, unsecured and secured claims against the company.
In the same hearing where this date was set another was also determined, Aug. 31, which is for governmental agencies to enter their own claims. These could include taxes, government loans, worker's compensation and unemployment insurance.
Based out of West Virginia GLC filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 28 of this year. At this time there are 574 creditors, businesses, governmental agencies and individuals who are hoping to reclaim some of their owed amounts. These debts are held against the joint owners of GLC Limited, Gregory L. and Linda L. Crabtree, who now have to answer seriously for their financial woes.
